Despatch
We aim to process and despatch orders (received by 12 midday) within the next 1 - 2 Working Days. Orders placed after 12pm/midday will take an extra day to process & despatch. If you order on Friday after 12 midday or during weekends/bank holidays, your order will be processed on the following Monday/Working Day for despatch on Tues - Wed/in the next two Working Days.
As soon as your order is despatched, you'll receive a despatch confirmation email that provides full tracking details.
No orders are processed or dispatched during weekends, bank holidays, and our holiday breaks.
Shipping
We offer the following UK delivery options:

Fast Delivery - estimated 2 - 4 working days after despatch

Express Delivery - estimated 1 - 3 working days after despatch

Special Delivery - estimated 1 - 2 working days after despatch
Shipping costs are based on the weight & size of the parcel. Shipping options & costs will be displayed during checkout after a delivery address is provided.
Deliveries outside mainland UK will take longer, depending upon the destination. Delivery times are subject to destinations, product availability, receipt of payments, weather conditions and busy festive seasons.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer shipping to Northern Ireland and outside the UK due to cosmetic regulations.
However, if you have any query or special delivery requirements with your order, please contact us and we'll be more than happy to assist you.
Returns & refunds
We hope you enjoy our products. However, in an unlikely event where you would like to return the goods, you may return the goods for a refund or a store credit within 14 days of receipt of the goods. After notifying us of your decision, you have 14 days to return the goods. Please note you are responsible for the return delivery costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
All returned goods must be in their original, unused, undamaged condition with all tags, labels and packaging intact. A sales receipt is also required as proof of purchase. We inspect all returned goods and try hard to accept returns. If an item returned to us is in an unsuitable or unsaleable condition, we may reject the return and may send it back to you at your cost. To avoid lost or damage in transit, we recommend you to take extra care with packaging and return the goods by a secure, tracked postal service.
After the return is accepted, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of standard outward delivery. We will not reimburse any premium delivery costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of the returned item and will be made to your original payment method (credit/debit card). The refund may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card account.
In case of an unlikely event of a faulty item, we will give you a full refund including the delivery cost.
